Lamb chops

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb chops
  • 100 g yogurt
  • cumin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil
  • lemon zest

Execution

  1. Mix the yogurt with the cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon zest.
  2. Marinate the lamb chops with the yogurt in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the lamb chops to the pan.
  4. Roast in the oven at 180° C for 1 to 1.5 hours.

Tips

 

  • Marinate meat for at least 1 hour.
  • Lamb chops are best prepared by grilling or roasting.
