Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb chops
- 100 g yogurt
- cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
- lemon zest
Execution
- Mix the yogurt with the cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon zest.
- Marinate the lamb chops with the yogurt in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the lamb chops to the pan.
- Roast in the oven at 180° C for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Tips
- Marinate meat for at least 1 hour.
- Lamb chops are best prepared by grilling or roasting.
