Ingredients
- 1 lamb liver
- 1 onion
- 1 pepper
- 1 tomato
- 100 g feta cheese
- Salt, pepper, oregano
Execution
- Cut the lamb liver into pieces.
- Place a frying pan over high heat and sauté the liver with olive oil, adding the pepper, onion, tomato (grated), salt and pepper. Add feta cheese and oregano.
Tips
- Add the oregano in the end, to avoid bitter taste.
- Marinate the lamb liver in milk, for a smoother flavor.
