Lamb liver

Ingredients

  • 1 lamb liver
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • Salt, pepper, oregano

Execution

  1. Cut the lamb liver into pieces.
  2. Place a frying pan over high heat and sauté the liver with olive oil, adding the pepper, onion, tomato (grated), salt and pepper. Add feta cheese and oregano.

Tips

  • Add the oregano in the end, to avoid bitter taste.
  • Marinate the lamb liver in milk, for a smoother flavor.
