Pork loin steak marinade with honey, mustard, oregano and dill

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 clove garlic, mashed
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon dill
• salt
• pepper, freshly ground

In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix. Add the meat and mix well with the marinade. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
