Stuffed meatloaf with ham, raisins and smoked cheese

Ingredients

  • 300 g turkey
  • 300 g chicken mince
  • 3 fine slices of bread (preferably a few days old) or toast bread
  • 1/2 glass milk
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 40 g feta cheese, grated
  • 100 g ham (or porsciutto)
  • 120 g smoked cheese
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 glass water
  • 1-2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dill, salt, pepper
  • 1 tomato (optional)
  • 18-10 slices bacon or prosciutto crudo (optional)
  • 100 g black raisins

Execution

  1. Mix the mince meat with the milk, eggs, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, grated tomato (optional).
  2. Spread the mince meat on a plastic wrap to reach 1.5 cm and place the rest of the ingredients (except wine and water). The cheese should be grated.
  3. Wrap the mince meat into a roll. Wrap the roll included in the plastic wrap with aluminum foil. Place in a baking pan and add the water and white wine. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
