Ingredients
- 300 g turkey
- 300 g chicken mince
- 3 fine slices of bread (preferably a few days old) or toast bread
- 1/2 glass milk
- 2 medium eggs
- 40 g feta cheese, grated
- 100 g ham (or porsciutto)
- 120 g smoked cheese
- 20 g butter
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 glass water
- 1-2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons dill, salt, pepper
- 1 tomato (optional)
- 18-10 slices bacon or prosciutto crudo (optional)
- 100 g black raisins
Execution
- Mix the mince meat with the milk, eggs, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, grated tomato (optional).
- Spread the mince meat on a plastic wrap to reach 1.5 cm and place the rest of the ingredients (except wine and water). The cheese should be grated.
- Wrap the mince meat into a roll. Wrap the roll included in the plastic wrap with aluminum foil. Place in a baking pan and add the water and white wine. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
