Ingredients
- 1 goat shoulder, cut in portions
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pepper
- 1 can, canned tomatoes
- red wine
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- paprika, cumin
- thyme
Execution
Sauté the meat with olive oil. Add the onion (diced), garlic and pepper. Deglaze with red wine and add the canned tomatoes. Slow simmer, adding the herbs and spices. Serve with hilopites (traditional Greek noodle-style pasta).
